An end-to-end Queue Management System that optimizes customer flow and reduces wait times across banking, healthcare, government, retail, and telecom environments.
High-traffic service environments — banks, hospitals, government offices — were managing customer queues manually or with outdated systems. Long wait times, no visibility into queue status, and disconnected branch operations were eroding customer satisfaction and straining front-line staff.
We built Sparks Queue as a fully integrated hardware-software ecosystem. Customers take tickets from touchscreen kiosks, track their position on waiting area displays, and receive audio announcements when called. Staff manage calls, transfers, and recalls from PC or tablet-based calling pads. A centralized cloud server connects all branches in real time, while the reporting application surfaces wait times, traffic patterns, and customer satisfaction data for management.
